Returns & Exchanges

At The UGG Shop, we want you to love your new footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn UGG products in their original shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
